It's a little anxiety disorder i have when talking to someone i don't know,or don't trust.How can i forget about things like this in my mind and move on?

Try hard and think of something else, hard but ...
Watch a good movie, listen to music you like. Get your mind off what happened.
Next time you run into this situation try real hard and keep your words short. Try to think before you talk. Then when you go through the conversation in your head you will find nothing to stress out about. It might not be all that social acceptable but put something in your coat pocket or in your hand to fiddle with. You can always put a stress ball in your hand and say it is for your arthritis if someone asks....
I am not a social butterfly but do understand going through a conversation after I have had one. Making sure I did not give to much information away..and being careful of what I say....

just keep it cool and know that everything will go smoothy. Unless you are know as a "people pleaser" and you strive to make everyone happy which you cant possibly do. In all after you have your conversation just think if they accept me they accept me and everything that comes with it and if they dont there are billions more that will

Practice Yoga daily and do 10 minutes of meditation with deep breathing...It will surely help you calm yourself down.
