A friend of mine is going through a divorce and not able to see her 3 children at this time of moving out. I've never been through this, so I honestly don't know competely how she feels. I was wondering if anyone could help me out on something I could tell her so she knows I am thinking of her and wishing I could be of more help?

Make a custom card NOW THAT shows your caring and thinking of her.
Add some lines in it such as this...
"Through the hard Times we often look down in sorrow..."
"but your not alone i feel your pain and every wish can be meet.."
"Soon you'll meet that special someone again and the whole puzzle will start to come back together again..."

Its very hard times so thats my advice maybe you can order a custom card online...

I'm a little confused- is her ex awarded custody? or are they going to foster care for the reason she doesnt have a place to live yet?

The best thing you can do is speak from your heart-- tell her that you are THERE for her, no matter what time, what she needs, any help with her move, with seeing her kids, giving her rides, etc, etc, you get the picture. She will then see you as a truly special friend and help her- if she works and gets the kids back- bring dinner over or take them out one night- things like that- offer to take the kids to the park with her-- think of activities that she loves to do and do them with her-- get her mind off her sadness- that is what she needs right now-- and be the shoulder she needs to cry on-- because she definitely needs one right now. She is lucky to have you in her life- and you have to let her know that you are there for her, good luck to you and her -- I hope things work out

Tell her "I'm thinking of you and wishing i could be of more help." Tell her you wish you could take the pain away or fix things and it's difficult for you not to know what to say, so until she needs something, you'll simply be there to listen and to offer support. Somtimes telling people that we just don't know what to say, but stand with them, is the best thing to say.

A card with words of comfort printed on it would be good right now. It might be awkward to tell her in person how much concern you feel for her.

Do not remind her of the past again, just encourage he, help her, allow her to talk. ask her intentions and give suggestions. Ask her to have faith in God (Jesus). Everything will workout towards good.
