what if he already bought this deck, are they all alike?
I know nothing about these cards, just that he likes yu-gi-oh, but he has a lot of cards already.

I'd buy one of the newer Structure decks. Fury of The Deep was one of the first to be released. Spellcaster's Judgement, Warrior's Triumph, and Dinosaur's Rage are all fairly recent and good decks. Other good Yu-Gi-Oh gifts would be the Ultimate E-Hero collections from Target and the collectible tins. The E-Hero collections have 4 holo foil cards and 4 packs of cards in each and is actually worth more than the $20 you'd pay for it. The tins have a holo foil card and 5 packs. Its a good value because you can use the tin to store your cards in. Also, a binder with card pages would be a good gift. I gave my brother a binder with a few pages and he was so happy he voluntarily kissed me!! *lol*

It's an alright present for a 10 year old but if you want to buy him a structure deck with a little more power the Dinosaur's rage has better cards and he might like using it more as the monsters come out faster. But if not, then yes, any Yu-Gi-Oh Structure deck is pretty good for any kid.

Hi man, they are both awesome decks, I use to have the Fury of the deep structure it is a great deck which is mainly about using more strategy to win and the Dinosaur's rage is mainly about getting loads of high level monsters out quickly and does not require much strategy but is a lot of fun to play with. So If your looking to use strategy use fury from the deep, but a few cards are band, or if your looking for a easy but fun deck to play with use the dinosaurs rage one. Good luck=).

Yes it is a wonderful Christmas present for a ten year old even if he already has that perticular deck he can trade the extra cards in his new deck to his friends for cards he doesnt have it is a trading card game and that is how it works.

Unless he has bought 3 packages of it then you're OK. Some of the more useful cards are worth having in multiples. But if you are looking for cards where there is less chance of getting duplicates then get the small packages that only have like 9(?) cards in it.

u bet it is but there are new structure decks like the dinosaur one, its easyer to play unless he is really good but if he already has it then he will b 2 times stronger having more cards of the same strategy is good,
