Liquid for dry skin, powder for oily skin. Or you can use both, one at a time, or at the same time, depending on how your skin is. My skin is always changing up, so when it gets really oily I use powder, and then when it's dry i use the liquid, and some times it's just fine and i don't use anything. And some times i use both, start off with liquid and finish it off with powder to give a smooth fresh finish if liquid doesn't cover all blemishes.Or you could buy powder foundation, and liquid concealer, or the other way around, depending on whats your biggest flaw. EX. oily skin, marks and blemishes, dry skin, pimples. If you have oily skin and blemishes use a liquid concealer and apply powder foundation (blemish control) over it , and if you have dry skin use a liquid foundation and apply powder concealer over it.
Experiment, explore, and learn.

Use both. Use liquid concealer to cover up your problem areas and then use a big makeup brush to brush on a layer of powder to help even out your skin and reduce shine.

liquid foundation is to even out your skin tone and the powder is to set it if you have good skin i would just spot conceal and dust a little loose powder over my face but if you are a gal that likes coverageu could go with a 2 in 1 powder or i personally love chanels foundation and trucco because it evens out your skin tone makes you look flawless doesnt feel heavy or cakey

liquid will give you the best coverage. i think. powder works well too. I think that if you have oily skin, I would use the powder and if you have normal skin, use the liquid. I have both. Alternate. Test it out. See what feels/looks better for you!!

depends how bad your skin is. if its very bad use the liquid concealer. if not use the powder. however, the less make-up u use, the better you look. so dont use the heavy liquid concealer if you dont need it. they are both effective according to your skin type.

normally liquid concealer used for dry to normal skin while powder use for normal to oily skin...however if u find out that it was easy to use powder rather than liquid, and u have dry skin...u can apply cream first and then use the pwder..so..make sure what kind of skin u have...

I always buy the liquid because it will blend better and stay on longer than the powder.
