Robert De Niro -- for the scene with the egg! Oh my god! In that scene he was Lucifer! Slowly, deliberately cracking, then peeling,
that little added touch with the salt (remember, Rourke picks up spilled salt and casts it over his left shoulder?), then popping the egg in his mouth at the height of the tension in the scene... when you knew at once it was Rourke's soul he was devouring... oh, the look on his face (De Niro/Lucifer).. could go on for an eternity about that one scene.. uh-oh.. maybe I will.. oh no! Oh, mommy!

Being a man it's hard not to say Elizabeth Hurley, but Robert De Niro was outstanding in Angel Heart. I was freaked by the ending. The screenplay was great, especially then ending.

That's funny, I was just thinking about this today... Al Pacino. "God? Let me tell you something about God... he likes to watch... he's an absentee landlord! He's a sadist! Worship that? Never!" Great lines well-delivered whether you believe them or not.
