Is there any way to convert saved web pages (html or mhtl) files to PDF files offline?

An easy way is to download and install OpenOffice. Open the HTML document using the Open Office "Writer" program, then export to .pdf. OpenOffice is good for other things, too, and free as well.

Hi!

You can either use a (virtual) PDF printer or Adobe Acrobat (not Reader, but simply Acrobat).
If you chose to use the printer then simply chose Print...
If you chose to use Acrobat, simply File>Open Web and then Save or Save As...
