Why do my dowsing rods sometimes flip wide apart instead of crossing or staying neutral?

i dont know the answer to your question ...i just wanted to answer to the non believer,lol...

i do know that dowsing is not fake...i used to live somewhere where there was no mains water and i had to have my own well sunk...a part of this is having dowsing done to find the best place to sink the well....i watched...i had my well sunk...and had beautiful untainted water for 9 years until i had to leave... believe me...it works...;0)

they've struck water. sometimes the rods just go wild.

they don't have to 'cross' to show that it's working.
they can behave very erratically, depend on what is found.
