how do i stop hitting and hurting my wife?

i hit my wife when i get mad and sometimes i dont stop what do i do i
love her so much but she makes me so mad sometimes

You told us what you do but what is that she does to deserve being beaten, forget to turn on the coffee pot. And do you hit her only when you are mad at her or just anyone or anything. If you really love her you should stop or leave, people like you don't change often. It's a control issue or your to possessive. As far as being in control you loose. She is not a possession. You are not realizing what a blunder you are doing. Every one has anger. But civilized people learn to control it and dont misbehave while angry.
