I masturbate every day, but when i have sex with my girlfriend i only seem to last the same time as if i was masturbating. any tips how i can prolong this or what i can do?

I found personally that if I TRY to hold back ejaculation, it allows me to prolong it slightly. It all depends on stimulation for me.
For your girlfriends sake when you start to feel like your going to ejaculate, just stop or slow right down and let the feeling pass then start it up again. That way you don't ruin it for her and make yourself last longer.
