Drinking a lot of alcohol is very hard on your poor liver that has to detoxify your blood. But your liver can only do so much to keep you safe. I'm sure the bumps on your wrist are just a side effect of drinking too much...it poisons your liver and wears it out every time you go over the limit. Try to keep your drinking to smaller amounts, and your health will definitely improve.

It sounds like the first stages of dehydration, which in almost all cases directly affects the skin. You should slack up on the amount of alcohol you drink and make sure you are drinking plenty of water, perhaps even a few sport drinks occasionally.

Yes, many people do have allergic reaction to alcoholic beverages. Symptoms includes skin rashes, itchy eyes, and on occasion, swelling on the inside of the ears.

allergic reaction. my husband always had red rashes on his neck and back after drinking even small amounts of beer. but not from other alcoholic beverages.
