The only setting that I can change in the lower part of the fridge is the humidity setting. Obviously I've got this set to 'low.' Nothing is spilled. This is just a constant thing... We are so busy too, my husband works like 14 hours a day and I've been traveling so much.... it sucks! How can I make my fridge stop doings this. I don't know why but even my husband, who usually can fix anything, doesn't know what's wrong...

On the inside of the fridge, at the back you should see a hole or a thing like a plunger. You need to clean this out, it is obviously blocked with what we in England call 'gunk'. Otherwise maybe you should find time to read the instructions in your fridge manual as I don't know about the "humidity setting".
