From what sect the none Veil wearing Muslim women belongs?

In Turkey,malaysia,Lebanon and Egypt I saw many Muslim women who dont wear veils and some of them even dressed in sexy outfits.

From what sect they belong?

I don't know about the other countries, but Turkey is a secular country which is not ruled by religion. That means people are free to wear what they choose. Turkish muslims do not belong to a different sect, they're just free.
