I do not believe so. Even though we are best when we are smiling and happy, we learn when we go through our hard times, our times of frowning. Life cannot be at its greatest until we have experienced the good and the bad because it is all relative. If all you had was good and smiling in your life, you would not know how good it really was. However if you have both good and bad, you will truly appreciate the good.
Also you will definitely learn from those times of frowning which makes us smarter and technically stronger, not weaker.

Clever question!
Frown may of course be strengthening those muscles which work to bring it out on the face and cause the various discomforts within our body that we sense while frowning. These muscles are obviously better off remaining weak. Smile actually strengthens us overall by not wasting energy on these muscles and conserving it to work on other important and necessary muscles. People with generally a happy demeanour are certainly stronger and not susceptible to those innumerable deadly diseases known to be caused primarily by stress.

No, not at all. It just means it takes more energy to frown then smile. Although when you smile, you feel more happier.

No, how many people do you know that lifts things with their frown or smile. It drains or weakens your self-esteem if anything or a smile can brighten or strengthen a person's self-esteem.

This is a funny question... I suppose not. You'll get wrinkles when you frown, but it doesn't mean that happy people don't exercise..
