What motivates you to actively participate in a physical education class?

Students find it more interesting to play computer games rather than play sports and/or dance. What style or method of teaching must be used to motivate student (you) to participate actively in a physical education class?

It all depends on the student. I loved to participate in those classes because as a child my parents didn't let me participate in any sports.
You would have to make the activity more appealing to the students. Add an interesting twist to the activity so it's not just a normal sport. Grade them on their participation level everyday. Do they at least try or are they just going to dress up for class and stand on the sidelines?

these days physical exertion seems to come in recreation, sports and fun. where as it used to be a lot more involved in industry.

what would the attraction be these days? well what comes to my mind is intimacy or sex, if you will. i'm more attracted to the results of somebody who seems to give a damn about themselves. this condition is quite apparent in the act of sex......yeah? don't forget...this goes both ways....whatever your desire may just be your partners desire too.
