I would say Hitler overall. He had a strong desire to target jews. eveyone else just got in his way on the world dominance goal. Just curious to see what would have eventuall happened to japan and Italy if the Germans would have won. Remember, Russia was an ally during world war II and when it was over, we started seriously looking at one another suspiciously.
Osama on the other hand is on a "religious" quest. i and lots of folks see it as evil, but in his warped view he is just. Evil has many faces. It's the priest molesting boys, or having preachers having flings destroying their church (lust).
