well, i do the same thing. Mine pertains to my credit cards, they have a magnetic strip in them. also i work at a place that requires a security badge, and if i forget to take that off and go into a store i set off the alarms. i dont know if either of those pertain to you, but that is why i set alarms off.

Do you work in a place that you have to swipe a card to get entrance to the building? My ex used to set off the security alarms as well and we finally figured out that it was his entrance card for work.

The sensors have a grudge against you... I recommend that you buy a shotgun and shoot out all the sensors in your neighborhood immediately.

You might have an RFID tag somewhere on you. Most stores with the door scanners will also have a hand scanner, ask them to use it.
