Smile is nothing short of a sublime gift. The most important impact it makes is to cool off any simmering negative emotion, not only in the people around us, but also within ourselves as well. It is so powerful that it has the ability to change the thought of the moment and the direction of the mind. In this context, it is quite apt to call it energy (as you have rightly done) even though technically or scientifically a smile may not be energy as such. This positive energy is really a great gift of God or Nature to us, which can instantly convert a negative frame of mind into a positive frame of mind for almost everyone around. I wonder whether animals are also blessed with this or not..... perhaps no!?!

Yes I think that a smile works better than a frown. But it depends on who is doing the smiling?

ofcoarse. cuz no matter how sad or mad u r . when some1 smiles at u .you feel better & better. in our religion (islam) smiling is like charity cuz u are spreading happiness. unless its those scary smiles. lol. .
