Can I use the new unlimited Skype calling plan from overseas to call all my friends in the US?

Or do I have to make be IN the US myself? How would Skype know this?

it`s a technical matter how they can know but !
this plan won`t work for u !
wait for jan they will announce new call rates
hope they will suite your need !

they always keep tracking of the calls you do..
