my current employer does not give bonuses.

I didn't even get a thank you for the $9.5M sales that I contributed to.

Most all employers give Christmas bonuses

Yes they do. The company who owns the nursing home I work for gave us a very nice bonus, and pay raise, along with a Christmas party that included our families. Today was also payday; we were given a $10.00 give card to Wal-Mart and a lottery ticket in a Christmas card.

It really depends on the company size, area, and how long you have been with the company. I have unfortunately never worked for a Holiday bonus company. I know a lot of officey jobs give them, but not as many retail or lower paying jobs.

Hmm.... Five different employers in ten years.... and one Christmas bonus- a $12.00 gift certificate towards a turkey.
