on low, 800x600, max players 14, do you think i will get about 50-70fps average?

ill noly be playing counter strike source, and older games, not new ones

also, i will put in the low poly gun models, thatll take the strain off my video card, and some other stuff too, also, i think that pc:
amd 64 3800, 1.5gbram, geforce 7600, on 800x600 on low in CSS will get me like 60 fps, i hope

Should be decent on source, but frame rate in games is highly dependent on your vid card, and yours isn't high end, but about mid. If you want good fram rates and want to stick with nvidia, go for a geforce 7950 gt (512mb), or the newer 8800's.

With your system, you should be able to go up to 1280x1024 and get 50+ frames per sec. I have a similar system, except with a 6800 card and always play at 1280x1024. Depending on the age of the game, sometimes I can max out on settings and sometimes I have to set things in the middle. Pretty much on any game made before 2004, I can max out on all settings. 2005 and after, I usually have to set it to medium, such as Doom 3 or Quake 4.

Yes you should probably get about 50-60 fps on old games but you will get 20-40 on newer games like doom 3.

yes.. your cpu is enough but new games nowadays depend mostly on vid card. and that is a decent card. =)
