so for christmas...what should i get? ps3 or 2006 subaru wrx sti exhaust (hks hi power exhaust...) im like really trying to figure out which to get...im leaning a lil more to the ps3 thought since insurance is charging me $500 a month and with an exhaust im most likely to get pulled over and pay more...so which do u guys think? and a lil note...lol i dont have an hd tv lol

I have a wrx. I bet you want that hks for the rumble right? :) Well, when i first installed my Borla Hush and drove it, i had a smile on my face for the next few days. I bet the ps3 can give you more fun over time if you play with friends and family all the time. If youre afraid to get the HKS, then that's because you KNOW its too damn loud. :D Just go for a more quiet exhaust and you'll still get the rumble. As for pricing goes, my exhaust was 450, so i assume yours is like 500+. The ps3 is what.. few hundred more? So, it depends on if you want to spend a bit more or not and if you actually drive your car enough to make you happy.
Personally, if i were you, i'd get a Wii (cheaper and free workouts at home! No need to go to the gym) and a more quiet exhaust to save money but still have the rumble when you press on the gas.

I honestly think the PS3 is not worth getting period. Other then hype and mega fanboys of the system, no one else seems to really be interested in it. I honestly think it is just and overpriced blu-ray player and false very short all expectations (the ripoff wireless controller loses connection and stops your game, not all games from ps2 or ps1 can be played on it since it cannot read all the games, and it will cost you an arm and a leg-if you are lucky). Go with what you really like though. If you have been looking forward to the PS3, there is no way anyone can side track you from that train of thought... just don't be disappointed if it is a let down after you realize that most of the appeal of the PS3 was its hype.

Is it just me or is the PS3 feeling lame... but if you're planning on only choosing between those two? well I'd tell you to grab the PS3... who needs STI?? I mean I wouldn't waste all my dough paying for monthly insurance... and $500 is a lot for monthly insurance you know??!! I mean for an STI?? come on... I'd rather get my life insured if that's how much STI monthly insurance is....
but dude let me put you in on a little tip... I'd like to tell you to go for an X-Box360 or a Nintendo Wii... here's why... check out the site 'www.gamespot.com' and then on the search menu type in 'PS3 vs. X-Box 360' it'll have pictures of games available for PS3 and X-Box 360 and you know what? on most of the games... the graphics were better for the X-Box whilst on PS3? the graphics where either too dark too light or too blurred... and that's already set up to 720p so that both images would be the same!! as for nintendo Wii... if you still want that STI then you should get a Wii and an STI... I mean the Wii console costs like what ONLY $200 US dollars?? you can save a little more and still have an STI right? that way you'll be getting a console and an STI for christmas... plus the Nintendo Wii is showing signs of being the only real next-gen console because of its controller which is motion sensored... so maybe PS3 is also motion sensored but tell me where did they put the vibration? in the trash can!! while in Wii you have both vibration and motion sensing capabilities... HAHAHA!! I hope you got my point...
