Both. The aggressor is seduced by lust. The recipient is seduced by the aggressor.

Being attracted is not the same as being seduced. For seduction, a conscious effort is undertaken. For being attracted to another person, an effort was not necessarily made.
it is, therefore, the recipient who is seduced.
