Get a nasal spray to help with you blocked nose - and some good cold and flu tablets that contain decongestant, ibuprofen, and other stuff get well soon

I've heard and seen that Zicam and airborne seem to work pretty well for the symptoms and for shortening the length of a cold

For my cold i drink gatorade and I take some Tylenol or motrin.

If I am miserable thera-flu. Everything else I just tough it out. Drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest.
