Didn't Santa already have his required immigration papers? Or did he get the same status as migratory birds?

But then again, since he's bearded, regarded by some as a saint/santa, regulary do his activities during a religious day, favoured kids from a certain religion, flying an unmarked craft with radio silence, breaking into people's houses to leave suspicious packages, and so on. Maybe you should contact the Departement of Homeland Security.

He works all over the world, so no. If pushed he might need a Visa/Green card. Are you gonna be the one to push for that?
