Didn't Santa already have his required immigration papers? Or did he get the same status as migratory birds?
But then again, since he's bearded, regarded by some as a saint/santa, regulary do his activities during a religious day, favoured kids from a certain religion, flying an unmarked craft with radio silence, breaking into people's houses to leave suspicious packages, and so on. Maybe you should contact the Departement of Homeland Security.
