Keep in mind I'm nineteen years old. However, I was there today, and I love their East Towne Mall. It's probably the most beautiful mall I've ever been in. Downtown Madison has a lot of benefits of raising a child. A few art museums off of State Street, Madison University, and the capitol. Down fall is of course all the partying around campus. I'd recommend raising a kid in Neenah. It has a nice division one high school. It's close to Appleton and Green Bay. If Neenah is to big there are smaller towns like Omro and Winneconne.
