Hey man,
I love you. I've been there. It is tough, but hold on to your humanity. Some of the best and most influential people in the world have been as down as you are right now. But their lives turned around and yours can too. It is hard, but you can survive it. Try to remember that you never know what is around the bend... another job... a new home... a woman that is better suited for you and will be tender and adoring, an entire family of beautiful babies! But even if it is just you that is not so bad. And houses and jobs are material things. No material thing is worth offing yourself over! Don't throw your future away because of your past. A job is just a job. A woman is not the only "fish in the sea". The world needs you. You are here for a reason. You make a difference and can continue making a difference. You are needed. You are loved. Don't chuck it all in and give up. That's the easy way out and the wicked way out.
I pray you Peace and Blessings.

Even though I don't know you, I can completely relate to how you are feeling right now. You feel like you are losing everything that means so much to you. But stop and think about this are you really losing - your health, your ability to survive, your drive to go on and do something better. Life is a difficult journey that gives us many turns but we can turn it around. Money comes and goes, relationships come and go - but you and can overcome this difficult time in your life. You are wonderful, smart and successful, please believe me there is a light at the end of this tunnel. Make an appointment to see your doctor and discuss this, be very open. NO PERSON, MATERIAL THING OR MONEY IS WORTH EXITING OUT OF HERE!!! You have so much to live for - you really don't know what tomorrow will bring to you. I want you here - we all do - you can survive and flourish and be better than you ever were. Seek friends and a strong support group keep your faith strong - you will get through this.

Hi,
Hang in there. Realize someone else will have worse problems always ok?
I don't know any details so it's hard for me to offer any good advice but maybe some support groups could help? Not necessarily anything official, but the internet has a lot of groups for different things, right?
Also again I don't know, but maybe you could have depression? A doctor could help you out.
Just realize you have people who care about you... whether they're related, close friends, coworkers, or even casual acquaintences... believe me, you made someone's life better at some point. Everyone gets down sometimes. Find someone you can talk to. Even a support line if you want to do it anonymously. There is no shame in it.
Get some rest and it's a cliche but you will feel a bit better when you wake up, and rest prepares you for problem-solving. Good luck.. you will be ok =)
I went thru a lot in this past year... my relationship breaking up, my sister's friend dying in a car accident... bad grades at school... I tried to stay positive and I'm finally feeling a bit better. You just have to take it in stride. Listen to music that makes you feel better.. that helped me a lot.

I know what you mean...last year I lost my boyfriend of five years, my job, my house, and custody of my brother all within 2 months. I felt like my life was over. This may sound rude but I suggest you see a doctor and ask for something to help get you back on your feet. Many times that feeling will not go away on its own. Its important that you at least find your self important enough to seek help. Even if you dont have insurance there are alot of places that will help you. Sorry if you arent religious but I kearned that putting my life in Gods hand helped me find away out of the horrible pit I was in. Good luck honey!!!!
Also remeber you can never get the ones you love back if you are dead.....what would that actually solve

Only cowards commit suicide or even think about it.Believe me,there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Each end brings a new beginning.Sometimes loosing something old means getting something better.Think positively!Maybe you are touching the bottom now just to bounce back to new heights.Life is full of tests and lessons. You should get stronger by things happening to you.Look into yourself and you'll find an energy and strength you thought never existed.Anybody who answered to you cares about you, doesn't it feel good!Take care of your mind, look into the future!

Hi, you didn't say what was going on that's so bad that you feel like life is to hard to keep living .Well I know what being in that deep hole feels like, it's like you can't get back up out of it. And that things seem like they will never get any better. But they really will ! I promise you they will. What ever happens ..,, We got to know that we can't change anyone , but ourselves , and we are the ones we need to take care of .If your really down in a rut and fill that low, deep feeling. Call a suicide hot line or go to your nearest hospital emergency room .If you have no transportation call 911.They will understand and everyone will be nice .God bless you , I will pray for you.

Oh jeez i feel sorry for you. It would have helped if you told us what kind of problems you had.
But anyway, you need to be with other people right now (like friends or family). Trust me it helps!!! These kind of thing happen to us all. We become stronger by learning how to overcome them. Seek counselling, or try speaking about your problems to a good friend. Dont bottle it all inside. Just let your heart out for once.
Good Luck and I hope you feel better!!!

never think this way, everyone at a certain time of their life will end up being depressed, life is precious,
1) first thing always think of the positives
2) pray to God N i promise you he will reply back to you
3)go to a close friend or family
4) don't think about the problem too much
5) excise
6) think about other people and how things can be worst
8) once again pray to God from Your heart and he will definitely reply back

Just slow down and take a deep breath. Your life is worth living because we need you in it to help us. You can go to the doctor and get some aropax pills that are really good to get your mind clear and thinking again.

Realize that you came into this world with nothing, and that you were welcome. You still are, and new horizons will open up shortly. Let go of everything and wait for that which will come to you - because there will be a lot, and you'll be glad.
All the best!
