a) why would u write a question about black ppl addressed to white america only?
b)american slavery is arguably the cruelest form of slavery ever. it was not merely slavery but the absolute decimation of culture and identity.

Okay. If you want to know why "black" people complain so much then why on earth would you limit the question to "white" Americans only? Yes, you are right slavery has existed for many years. Every race has been a victim of slavery at one point or another, and women were repressed for what seems to have been forever (and in some areas still are). But to complain about the complaining and then limit the issue to only certain group of people looks really bad on your part. Besides how many people in America are truly "white"? Most "white" Americans are of mixed nationalities and races.

It's not just the slavery issue. It's that only less than 50 years ago there were 'colored only' and 'white only' signs hanging up. people who didn't live in that time have no idea.....I wasn't around then but my father was around and he saw the signs. Also, the civil rights bill wasn't passed until 1964 I think, so there are quite a few people that are alive today, mostly baby boomers onward, who have experienced some high level of discrimination. Those experiences are only a story away from their kids and grandkids. None of that discrimination would have taken place if they weren't slaves to begin with.

Let the power of my enchanted ring enlighten you...THE COSMOS IS FULL OF WONDER AND AWE. AMERICANS THAT ARE BLACK COMPLAIN SO MUCH BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN GREATLY VICTIMIZE BY IT. SLAVERY IN AMERICA STARTING BECOMING PREVALENT IN 1600S UNTIL IT WAS ABOLISHED IN 1865. THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 WAS TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF BLACKS ONLY BUT WAS CHANGE TO REFLECTS PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY WOMEN (WHITE). BLACKS IN AMERICA HAVE MADE TREMENDOUS PROGRESS OVER THE LAST 200+YRS, BUT THE REMANTS OF POWER OBTAINED THROUGH SLAVERY STILL EXISTS, ALTHOUGH LESS OBVIOUS (SUCH AS DISPARITIES IN WEALTH, POLTICAL POWER, ETC). ONCE BLACKS FREE THERE MIND OF THE TRAGIC HISTORY OF SLAVERY IN AMERICA, THEY CAN OBTAIN HIGHER LEVELS OF EXISTENCE AND THE COMPLAINING WILL DETERIORATE...the charge on my ring is starting to go out, I release you from my ring

I am so tired of you closet bigots and racists asking these questions. You are talking about blacks complaining, why are you complaining. You don't know every single black person in America, so how can you say that! I doubt you even congregate with black people. Stop judging people based on what you see in the media!

rosebud?...Im so sorry that you are annoyed with some of the black people who are complaining about slavery, but if it bothers you so much just ignore it. It has existed for several years but that doesnt erase the fact that it happened with in our country less than 250yrs ago. The repricosions can still be felt today.

Yes...in fact...the main reason why black slaves were introduced to the new world is because the government thought that the plantation masters were torturing their WHITE indentured servants. They thought that if they had to pay for black servants that they would be less harsh. (White indentured servants usually were cheaper labor force.)
So....if you want some people that have the right to complain...talk to some Irish bloke that came over about 200 years ago.
Oh...but his ancestors aren't complaining...they are part of the "white" system now that is keeping blacks down...yeah right...whatever...

Oops, my fingers accidentally slipped on the question and I'm answering; I have a disliking for non-whites who generalize about black people; I've never complained about anything race related

WOW what a spoiled brat...you have it so easy you don't even know it and it has nothing to do with race...it has to do with some random chick who feels isn't getting enough attention....get over yourself instead of making yourself sound ignorant just don't speak at all...
