Interesting question. The question also asks, "If you could only wear one article of clothing for the rest of your life, what would it be?"
A tough question, for it seems that each piece of clothing has a an important use.
Not having pants would be rather awkward, though perhaps one might get used to it.
Lack of socks results in cold feet.
Lack of a shirt could be chilly.
Lack of underwear wouldn't be bad.
Hoodie sweatshirts are very comfy.
I think I would have to go with a hoodie, because it's the most comfy feeling, and I'd just learn to adapt without anything else.

I cold never live without my slippers, they are soooo comportable. They keep my feet warm on ever the coldest nights.
