The most important important thing you can do for your baby is to keep her on a regular sleep schedule. At this age she should be taking 3 naps per day.

Whatever times they are at, make sure to keep them that way so she gets used to the pattern. This will allow her to feel comfortable falling asleep... good for you and for her -- especially as the months go by.

What I did with my daughter was let her sleep in the morning, but whatever you do keep her awake in the evening that way she's tired and ready to go to sleep by about 9:00-10:00p.m. Eventually she'll get on your schedule but you'll have to be consistant, and get her into a routine.

I don't have kids but I have heard most of my friends say that they are up all night long with their children even if they do take naps during the day. If they are lucky, the children get an hour nap during the day and then keep the parents up all night. So, sounds about normal to me. If you are worried then call your doctor.

That's perfectly fine once she gets on a set schedule it should be better...but I would think that would help her sleep more during the night
