The best name for a child born in May would also depend on whether this child is a boy or a girl. Take in their coloring when they are born or yours. Do they seem Bright and responsive or Sleepy and bored? Family Names are not bad to go with.
I was born in May in fact I was born on Mothers Day they did not name me according to the month and I have not suffered or regretted my name. You do not have to have a name immediately, when the child is born you can wait till after you have met the child for the first time. May you have many happy days.

The month really doesn't matter. Don't base your child's name on the month they are born. Just pick a name that you, regardless of whether it's "good for a baby born in May". They will have to live their life during other months too you know!
