Corregidor is an island separate from the main island of Luzon. So the only way to get to it is by sea or by air. You will find a lot of info, including ferry information and rates on this website:

Good luck and happy travels...

Call Subic Seaplane, located on the former Naval Base. It is probably a 20 min flight from Subic Bay, I'm guessing USD 250 for the ride (3 pax).

Alternatively find someone with a boat to take you there. Corregdor is about 1/2 way between Manila and Subic, so driving to Manila to take a 1 hr. ferry ride half way back to Subic would be a bit lame. You can also probably drive to Marivelles (Bataan) and take a ferry or private boat from there.

Suncruises operates ferry to/from Manila/Corregidor/Bataan (1 hour travel) then from Bataan, its around 15-20 minutes going to subic by land travel.

You drive to Manila, then take a ferry to Corregidor (it's an island).
