just do what comes natural for you and yes you should tell your friend. I don't know how old you are hon but I have learned that While My best friend and I have known each other I have had 4 g/fs and as they came and went she was still there... So keep your friends.. g/f's you can always find.
Mind you my g/f have been together 4 years now so I have age on my side.

ummm im a lesbian so ill give u a tip dont worry about if your friend hates her and tell her shes pretty chicks love it when u do that oh yea tell your friend that your old enough to date whoever you want
