Why do we have to press 1 for English?

Then one to continue in English? Not just the phones, but the banks--atm machines...........
Why is not English number 1 in this melting pot? AND no need to keep pressing 1 to receive the dominant language.

=that truly sucks and drives me crazy. Then you have to key in info on your phone before you are able to talk with a rep and then they ask you the same info all over again!

cause the freakin bleading heart liberals have f'd up everything. And they arn't going to stop there.
