Whats the hurry??? Just dont think you can keep him if you dont give in?? A man is worthy when sex is frosting on the cake --you can eat cake without frosting but the other way around is not all that good---So I'd say dont sell yourself cheap--you dont know if he is just out for a notch in his belt or for real----or if you dont care to be one of his herd?? why not it seems that you guys have been dating for a little while. what is the difference between a guy you meet in a store or a guy you met online? you know him it is up to you if you feel comfortable enough to have sex with.
