Completely meaningless. I seem to exist just to try to keep myself comfortable, which I fail to do most of the time.
I am somewhat entertained, though, by the folks who say things like "only you can give your life meaning".
Let's see them preach that sermon to starving kids with AIDS in Somalia.
The ugly truth is that people only have control over the meaning of their lives to a certain point. External factors can and often do take away life's meaning, and there's absolutely nothing those people can do about it. Those kids in Somalia are an extreme example of just how meaningless lives can become, no matter what they try to do about it.
The feel-good folks who say "only you can give your life meaning" might as well say "we control our destiny".
No, we do not. We control what we can in our immediate spacial and temporal environs, but in the big picture we have no control whatsoever over how our lives will transpire or what our ultimate destiny will be.

It's interesting that you posed a negative question.
I think every life must have moments of meaninglessness and meaningfulness. It's hard to live every day as if it were your last day and give it the utmost importance. It's true that sometimes we think we have forever, even though we know we will die.
It's trite but true - just do and be the best you can - perhaps that can be one of the meanings of life. I prefer to focus on the positive or the reverse of your question - get my meaning?

Its meaning is found up to the moment now, which will be extended into tomorrow. Its meaning cannot be found in tomorrow, now. It is found right now.
It is not meaningless -- little meaning it has, is enough. Everything is relative. However, the meaning is everything that I have done and gained up to now and everything that I am doing and gaining now. We should forget that we won't be here in the future. Future does not matter. It is only past and present that define the meaning of life.

Only you define the meaning of life. If you make it meaning-full life is meaning full and if you make it meaningless then it is.
You can say that life is just
born
grow
eat
sleep
sex
pain and finally dead.
But during the life we, human beings, are trying to make the best of our life. I think there is that kind of meaning in life.
