what do u mean ? ur pc is constantly restarting ?? use the repair from ur XP or win 2000 cd ... make sure u can boot to cd from ur bios startup sequence ... can u get into safe mode ?? check event viewer and see whats up ... win xp ? fixmbr and fixboot ..might help... possible virus ...or files overwritten due to newly installed programs

How do you think the problem occured?
If you are able to get windows started, try start, control panel, performance tools, administrative tools, event viewer, System, --you can check to see any error messages that might be listed.
