Yes, sleep is a time for rest. Listening to your ipod while sleeping disrupts that. There is plenty of time for that during the day.

Nope, See no harm in that. Try an experiment. Have a list of things you want to remember. Record it into your Ipod, listen to it when you go to sleep. you'll have really good or vivid memory of the the list. Works good if you're in school and try to remember bunch or formulae or equations all at once. give it a try. good enough, no?

No, it is not bad to listen to your ipod when sleeping. Just as long as the volume is not high then it's okay because if it is up to high then you can loose your hearing.

As long as it's from speakers, not headphones you will be fine. While sleeping if you listen from ear/headphones your mind will be bombarded with lots of memory loss.Speacialy dont listen to it while sleeping when the exams are near.you'l seem to remember everything but at the exms, you will surely forget everything.

i personally listen to my ipod everytime i go to sleep. it really helps you to sleep (if you have any trouble in sleeping). i guess you should know what type of song is essential before you sleep. rock, heavy metals...disturbs our brains and receptors. calm down your body system with a relaxing music.all in all, there's nothing wrong sleeping with your ipod!

no not at all, as long as its not on too loud (then it could damage hearing). otherwise, it should have a positive effect :) music makes people happy. people who listen to their favourite music more are in a better mood and feel better about themselves throughout the day - studies prove this.
