it would wear our minds out, if we could leave our bodies at anytime we wanted to travel anywhere, and do anything? Would we ever rest? (there is so much to explore, I don't think I could)

I like to think that astral travel has the capability to dislocate the temporal dimension for its own uses. Imagine living another lifetime in another time or place or dimension while taking a short nap here.
An infinity of explorations and experiences!
Of course that idea does lead to some fascinating questions about our own lives, doesn't it?
Marvelous (in several senses) question!

I don't think we could ever wear our minds out. I believe the more we use it, the more it can do. I would enjoy challenging mine in that regard!!!

I would be too scared to leave my body. I might get lost and not find my way back to my body.....lol

I don't think I ever would either, unless I were given a damn good reason to pause.
