Best experience I ever had was Air France. The worst was Saeta Airlines of Ecuador - they lost my friend's luggage, served horrible food late and claimed that my ticket was invalid until I talked to their management.

Alitalia - Always Late In Takeoff, Always Late In Arriving
Cubana - the smoking death machines with wings!
Air Canada has good food now... but you have to pay for it! I think one of the best meals I've ever had on a plane was on a Skyservice charter flight. I think a lot of that had to do with the poor quality food of the location we had just left preceding that meal ;-)

Although I've never flown WestJet (yet) I always hear great things about them in all regards, even customer service. And yeah that free Bell ExpressVu sat TV in the seats sounds really cool. It's too bad most of their flights from St. John's to Toronto are either at bad times, sold out or bad prices :( I think they do much better out west.

i love a lot of airways, besides the indisputable fact that those I hate the most because the Air Canada flights. you recognize why? because each and every time i have been on there, the employees has been impolite, they don't care once you've particular desires or some thing (unlike i'm handicapped... they made my a million-3 hundred and sixty 5 days-previous brother sit down on his personal seat with the help of a stranger at the front of the airplane 4 isles in the front of my mom!), and examine to pay for each little thing (pillows, blankets, and so on). The nutrients are gross and the service is unsatisfactory... our airplane once had to end in Frankfurt for an 8-hour inspecition when we were basically flying to Paris, France! i'm hoping this responded your question!

I love west jet, their satellite TV, leather seats and great service. Last year for all their flights the actually only had I believe a half dozen formal complaints from customers. Worst Air Canada, the pilot sneezes and they will cancel a flight.
