something like the doors, skynard or hendrix....but i dont know the names of songs. or any other groups. know any? it's for a friend of mine that thats into getting "relaxed" and wants to listen to music from that era. thank you for not being offended.

oh, good idea! I must say this is my area of expertise! All the music i grew up with and still love! The top song would be "Riders on the storm" by the Doors. it is cool and mellow and great! Also, "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd and throw in "Hey, Jude" by The Beatles and "The Rain Song" by Led Zeppelin and "Josie" by Steely Dan and "Angie" by the rolling stones and "Peaceful, easy feeling" by the eagles and "The stake" by the Steve Miller Band. these should really make your friend and you happy!!
