Hate doesn't really shrink your brain but it does shrink your outlook on life and people. Maybe you have a life in front of you that isn't so great. Just remember it isn't going to last forever. You have a future in front of you that may be truly incredible but if you hate you may miss out on it by not seeing it or not thinking you want to do it because you think you would hate it. It is very important to keep your mind open so you will enjoy your life. As you enjoy life more you will realize there is no room for hate. With that you could find a very peacefull happy healthy life.

Relationships & Mental stress.
So be happy. Love people. Enjoy with ur work & look for satisfaction.With love get something,but with hate u are going to loose many.

why is this in this category, shouldn't it be in health. well i think that it could be true, or not. logically not, maybe true in the intelligence since they would spend most of their time thinking about hate that they wouldn't have time to learn.
