okay so i do my make up and stuff i dont put that much and i usually but why after like half an hour i get this like lines/smear on each side of my lips
how should i get rid of them or what should i use?

and i use Bare Minerals i love the coverage except that it gets all cracky around the corner of my lips =0

Use a pressed powder around that area (or the Bare Essentials Mineral Veil) to set the foundation, it sounds to me like you may have combination/oily skin and thats why it cracks, use a pressed or loose powder before your liner and that should prevent smearing from happening.

Try using something like bare minerals, a powder you can brush on instead of foundation, it doesn't cake up.
If youre talking about lipskick buy one of those expensive won't smudge off lasts 15 hours sticks, they work.

getting rid of them isn't really an option its just normal.. you need a lipstick that is colour stay meaning it wont seap or run into your natural mouth lines and creases. there is also a product (unsure of the name) but its used as a top coat after you have applied colour and its dries it and doesn't allow it to rub off.. Also try using a lip liner... good luck.

dont put makeup near that area. avoid wearing makeup altogether
