I suppose it has to do with the kind of degree they were going for as well as the electives they took. I strongly believe that it also has alot to do with what college you go to.

My sister and I went to different Universities, hers private and mine public, both of us completely on academic scholarships. Our parents never would have paid for college for us. At a Private University, she got a far more even education than mine at a Public University. It wasn't so much the class load, but more the overall theme at the school. Private Universities are privately funded and Public Universities rely on government funding.

This government funding is instrumental in their operation. The more money they get, the better off they are. With tuition rates skyrocketing for the students, it is now leverage that they use to the best of their ability to get the votes and the money they need. Student government almost exclusively leans toward the democratic side because of funding and other issues and even campaigns for the Democrats.

It's not that SOME political science classes have professors that are left leaning. It's that almost ALL in my experience are. Professors who are known conservatives ALMOST NEVER are offered tenure at a Public University. Not so at Private Universities.

Lots of reasons.
1) equal education does not mean equal knowledge.
2) education does not eliminate biases. Sometimes it even reinforces them.
3) People can have comparable intellects (what ever that really means, but that a separate discussion) but still differ both in their perceptions & their interpretation of what they observe.

Just because someone has the same educational level doesnt mean they learned the same things or ways. You should probably rephraze your question if you want a better answer.

IF you ment 2 people who went to the same schools for the same courses and had the same teachers how could there outcome be different? Well there are a ton of factors that play into it I suggest you study chaos theory if you want to know how the smallest differnece at birth could lead to a totaly different belief system.

Simply because no two people are the same regardless of their respective levels of education. Intelligent people often disagree, this is nothing new or unique.

Some think he really is a born again Christian who cares about this country, and some know what his "family" is really doing. It is all a matter of how well you can see. Starting with Preston Bush who funded the Nazis, to George Sr . and now Dubbya, they are really part of the Axis of Evil, and mean no good for this country or the world. They are advocates of the big lie, and so far, they are still getting away with it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Lie

Two people of equal intelligence can still see things from a different perspective. It depends on your way of thinking as well as your ability to think.

depending on their job position affects their political views, for example a blue collar worker earning $50,000 a year would be more likely to see Bush out of the white house because his tax plans and world decisions offer little or no help to his living situation, while a white collar worker earning $250,000 a year would praise him for the tax breaks and business benefits that he offers

I see it as consciousness, one lies to himself and can not see others lies, another is more self-honest and pure thus being able to see other lies clearly....it has nothing to do with intelligence
