Pancakes and waffles are awesome, but you gotta try french toast folded like a sandwich and filled with marshmallows, apricot jam, and maple syrup. Pancakes with fruit and powdered sugar are great and so are waffles with ice cream, fruit, and whipped cream. Oooh, ooh! Know what else is good? Funnel cake. And crepes. And donuts. Why am I suddenly very, very hungry? Where's the nearest IHOP?

I'm a waffle gal. Especially freshly baked Belgium waffles. Throw on some strawberrys and its delicious. Also, the crevices are nice syrup traps!

I would say pancakes because I remember there was this pancake house in amsterdam was really good. Lot of different kinds pancake which was huge, just like the size of a pizza.
