Photosynthesis *is* a process, so there is only the formula. I think you might be using the word equation as a synonym here, as there is no "equation" for photosynthesis.

CO2 + 12H2O + sunlight ---> 6O2 + C6 H12 O6 + 6H2O

It is:
CO2 + 12H2O + sunlight & Chlorophyl = 6O2 + C6 H12 O6 + 6H2O

and hence has no formula....
