screen not working right, service restricted when you have a signal

If the screen isn't working, then that is a phone issue and you should take it to the nearest service center and have them look at it - especially if it is under warranty.
It is difficult to tell you anything about the service restricted problem without knowing what part of the country you are in and if the problem is with cellular or direct connect calls.

yea my phone ( i870 ) has all those problems a lot i just live with them cuz id be lost without my walkie talkie
