I don’t think that you can have bharthnatyam jewellery and costumes in Dubai. Better arrange from Kerala.

Jewelery - Dubai definetly.. go to "Gold Souq" thats the place for gold, i am sure u will find some jewels that would be suitable for bharatnatyam. Otherwise they will atleast custom build it ,if u place an order.
One more thing, the gold in dubai is 100% pure (no cheating by weight or quality) and from my own bad experience in india, i can tell u that indian gold has more Copper than Gold.
