There is a girl at my office that I would like to give flowers to.
Do you think that it would be better to go and give it to her personally or surprise her when she comes in the morning with the flowers on her desk?
Also, what do you think would be better: a bouquet or something like a single red rose?

A single rose. Put the flower on her desk and leave a note or card saying that it's from you.

In my way of existence the guy provides flowers. yet once you think of we provide each and every thing the engagement ring ,the valentine's present, etc.... WE do all that throughout fee for that physique . And the occasional Tie and shirt at yuletide and father's day. a guy that accepts an high priced present from a woman is noted as a gigolo. the costlier the present to the girl the better the affection would be in return.

do you have feelings for her? or is this like a friendship thing?
for feelings, number one make sure she likes you too and is single!! then go for something simple like a rose or a small bouquet. (and it's best to have them delivered! only costs a couple of bucks extra but will make her feel extra special!!)
for friendship, a small bouquet and hand it to her personally!
