How do I erase negative, limiting beliefs in order to allow the things I want most into my life? How do I replace them with positive beliefs?

Take account of them in a page or two of notes. Draw ugly faces next to them (and put a little effort into this, just not a stick figure; give them a little personality. Give them pitch-forks and stinky feet, etc.)
Take account also of how you treat other people. Do you treat them directly and fairly? (It is how you will treat yourself inwardly.) So be honest with them.
Make a list of how you want these things to change into good things, and try to think up real occurrances that these steps might take place. Make each transformation take several small, discrete steps.

And don't think that these bad times have nothing good for you to learn from. Cherish the bad times and bad parts of your life. They may also have good reasons for you to experience them.

You've gone more than halfway, if you are able to IDENTIFY the beliefs as negative.

I would recommend cognitive behavioural therapy - it worked like a magic potion for me!

You were created for a specific purpose. Seek that purpose and not your own.
