Sorry but I've got to honest. I have never heard of Murtagh or the movie Eragon.

I just saw the Eragon movie last night, I have to say I wasn't overly impressed. The cast was great as were the effects but they only made up slightly for what the story lacked. It was as though I'd read a completely different book! I especially hated how little they even featured Murtagh in the movie, he was my favourite character in the book and the guy who played him was really hot so it was a real shame. I did like him from what little I saw. For anyone who hasn't seen the film, don't read the book first or you will be disappointed!

I liked him and I thought his character needed some more time to get to know. His father was the one that killed Jeremy Irons(forgot his name in the movie)dragon. Its his fathers sword that Eragon is carrying around. The entire movie really didn't let you "get to know" any of the characters very well. The actor that played him was pretty good, I saw him in the movie"four brothers" and he did well in that.

Well, the dude did some nice acting. Frankly, I hated the movie. It insults the book.

DUH. Garrett Hedlund is the ****. Murtagh did really seemed both cunning and a bit touched in the head
